Chester Grucza is Group Food & Beverage Manager of Hong Kong-based dining and events group, Buzz Concepts. He joined Buzz in 2010, bringing more than 10 years of hospitality leadership, beverage expertise, and venue management experience to his role with the company. Before joining Buzz, Chester served as Group Bar Operations Manager of Proud Group in England, where he managed the bar operations and beverage strategy of five outlets.

 

Prior to this, Chester spent four years in a leadership role at Ministry of Sound, London, and has held senior management positions at popular lifestyle venues in Spain and Poland.

Chester also serves on the Beverage Committee at the Hong Kong Foreign Correspondence Club, and frequently speaks at leading industry conferences and events in Hong Kong and Macau.

 

He is particularly passionate about wine and spirits, and has been invited to judge numerous competitions including the China Wine and Spirits Awards and the Restaurant and Bar Show."
