Ronny Lau is a well-established freelance wine writer, he contributes to ten magazines and newspapers spanning across Hong Kong, China and Malaysia. Having started writing wine columns in the 1980s, he has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. In the last few years, he has published five wine books as well as a six-CD compilation music and wine pairing boxset, marrying his passion for both wine and music.

He is the Chairman of Hong Kong Wine and Spirits Writers Association as well as the Co-Chairman of the Shanghai International Wine Challenge.
