Ronny Lau has been a well-established independent wine writer in Greater China since 1980's, he has published eight wine books in the past decade. Marrying his passion for both wine and music, he has also released a 6-CD box set and a 2-CD compilation for music and wine pairing, which were distributed in Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia and Korea.

He is the Chairman of Hong Kong Wine and Spirits Writers Association and the tutor of Italian Trade Commission’s official “Italian Wine & Spirits Course” in mainland China. Not to mention, the first Chinese to produce Super Tuscan wine in Tuscany,Italy.
